Returns & Exchanges

A.P.C. offers a straightforward return policy allowing you to return items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as final sale products and intimate apparel, are excluded from our standard return policy.

Initiate Your Return

Log in to your A.P.C. account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the printed return form inside the box.

Ship the Items

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
